Controller. This site belongs to SANCHO, the studio of Simón Sancho, in La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact: simonsanchoarq.com.ar.

What data is processed. The site uses no cookies or analytics. If you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, contact and message) reaches SANCHO by email through an email delivery service (Resend). To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical signals from the device without showing challenges. The hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) logs technical data for each visit, such as IP address and browser, for security and operation, on servers that may be outside Argentina. Your browser stores only three site preferences: whether you have seen the intro, your language and whether you prefer less motion. These preferences never leave your device.

If you get in touch. Whatever you send by WhatsApp, email, the contact form or Instagram (name, number, email, message and files) is used only to answer your enquiry and, if it becomes a commission, to carry it out. It is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. It is kept for as long as the enquiry or the work lasts, and afterwards for as long as legal obligations require. WhatsApp, Instagram and the email provider are third-party services with their own policies.

Your rights. You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to simonsanchoarq.com.ar. Under section 14(3) of Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, you may exercise your right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights under data protection rules have been infringed.
